The delegation includes Jamal Bganba, Head of the Department of Strategic Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, and Artur Gagulia, Head of the Department of the Middle East and Africa at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.

During the visit, the delegation plans to hold meetings with the leadership of the Novosibirsk Region. In addition, a number of meetings are planned with representatives of other foreign delegations to exchange experiences, establish direct contacts, and expand international partnerships in scientific and educational fields.

This year's forum aims to broadly discuss a range of measures for technological breakthroughs: the prospects for launching of the SKIF Center for Collective Use, the development of a new research infrastructure, the accelerated implementation of scientific results in the economy, staffing of priority sectors, increasing public and private investment in science, engaging talented youth in innovation, and attracting partners from friendly countries and developing of international trade and economic ties.

Representatives from over 70 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as foreign delegations from Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, and several African countries, are participating in the event, creating a strong foundation for bilateral dialogue and the exchange of experiences.

As part of the Forum, the delegation visited the Novosibirsk Expocentre International Exhibition Complex, where they were introduced to a wide range of cutting-edge developments.

The Abkhazian side expressed interest in expanding cooperation with the Novosibirsk Region, including in scientific, educational, and innovation areas. Participation in such meetings and viewing the exhibition, according to delegation head Jansukh Nanba, opens new horizons for bilateral relations and allows for direct contacts with potential partners from various countries.
